Synopsis

A history major whose family runs an antique store, Luo Qingchuan (Yang Mi) is drawn into a forest by a mysterious portrait of a Qing-dynasty beauty. She accidentally falls into a time tunnel and is transported back more than 300 years to the Qing dynasty during the reign of Kangxi Emperor (Ken Tong) ! The girl from the 21st century enters the imperial court and ends up becoming a maid, meeting the sensitive Crown Prince, the volatile Fourth Prince (Mickey He), and the willful Eighth Prince (Feng Shaofeng) in the process. Entangled in a web of romantic ties with them, Qingchuan finds herself in the midst of a dangerous power struggle between the scheming princes! Can she survive the palace conflicts and go back to the present?
