Synopsis

Chu Xiaoli (Huang Shengyi) and her boyfriend Zhiqiang (Yu Shaoqun) with other student Zhenzhen (Zhang Kejia) arrive at a remote courtyard-style house on Red Wheat Hill to watch a ceremony by the Kuyi ethnic minority and hope to stay with the owners of the house who are long friends of Xiaoli’s parents, Huang Jinzheng and his wife . They are welcomed by Chen Zhihui (Simon Yam) who admit that he is a distant family of the Huang Jinzheng. Later that day, Zhenzhen goes missing , Zhiqiang, distrustful of Chen then confronts him directly.
