Synopsis

 The popular actress plays drama screenwriter Ming Ming (Ruby Lin Xinru) , who's already 30 years old but still naively dreams of pure love and destined romance. On the set of her new melodrama, she finds a kindred spirit in leading man Eason (Wang Dongcheng), a former pop idol struggling to make a comeback as an actor. With Ming Ming's help and support, Eason finally gets his break but his fame and dishonesty create problems for their secret relationship. Meanwhile, Ming Ming's longtime friend and "little brother" Shao Tian (Lin Gengxin) thinks Eason is just using her and steps up to protect her.
