Choi Tin-Ming (Louis Koo) is a drug dealer from Hong Kong . He is  arrested after an explosion in his cocaine factory that kills his wife and her brothers too. An efficient undercover cop Captain Zhang Lei (Sun Honglei) persuades Chi to cooperate in their investigation and raids in exchange for allowing Chi to escape the death penalty. Choi  agrees and sets up several fake meetings with drug loads for Zhang.
