Sibling rivalry between Keung (Louis Koo ) and Taikwan (Sean Lau Ching-Wan) has happened when a training exercise goes wrong, and Keung resigned from the job as a firefighter. Four years passed  , with Taikwan still living as a firefighter , meanwhile Keung now is a successful entrepreneur , launch of his new fire security company.  Taikwan’s pregnant wife , Si-Lok (Angelica Lee) , visit her doctor in the same building as Keung’s office . Meanwhile ,  Keung entertain potential investor at his new offices.  Suddenly , a huge fire to break out in the basement , trapping hundreds of people inside.
