The film tells the story of a serial murder where the killer targets high society women and takes revenge on them by dressing them up like dolls either before or after killing them.In the film, 59-year old Simon Yam plays the role of a veteran policeman , although he had played the role of policeman many times in Hong Kong films, it was the first time he has acted as a Chinese mainland policeman.
