Synopsis
Meili (Tiffany Tang), an
overweight underachiever who harbors a crush on Xiao Liang (Rain), the
CEO of a diamond company. After he coldly rejects Meili's affections,
she gets into a car accident and undergoes plastic surgery as a part of
her recovery process. Recovered and armed with a new, beautiful
appearance, Meili renames herself Mi Duo and enters Xiao Liang's company
as a designer's assistant. She soon discovers a love for jewelry design
and at the same time, begins to grow closer to Xiao Liang. All the
while, her best friend Lei Yiming (Luo Jin) stands faithfully by her
side.
